Necessary products: 20 king raw unpeeled shrimps, 40 g butter, a few sprigs of fresh parsley, oregano and thyme, 2 lemons, 1 red and 1 green pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation: In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, finely chopped fresh spices, salt and pepper to taste and place the shrimp in this marinade. They stay like this for about 12 hours in a cool place. Then they are pricked on skewers, placing a slice of pepper and a slice of lemon between each shrimp. They are grilled, grilled or in the oven and served with fresh salad.
Aromatic breaded shrimp with coconut
Necessary products: 25 king peeled shrimps, 150 g flour, 1 tsp. hot pepper, 60 g breadcrumbs, 130 g grated coconut, 3 beaten eggs, salt to taste, fat.
