Necessary products: 1 egg, 1 tsp. flour, ½ tsp. oil, ½ tsp yogurt, 5 tsp. cocoa, ½ tsp. sugar, 1 baking powder, 1 chocolate (natural, milk or nuts).
Method of preparation: All products are removed in advance to be at room temperature. Beat the sugar and egg together with a mixer. The flour is sifted with baking powder and cocoa. Melt the butter and beat with the milk.
The liquid products are mixed with constant stirring. Gradually add the mixture of flour and cocoa. Finally, add the chopped chocolate.
The muffin tins are filled with up to 3/4 of their volume with the resulting mixture. Arrange in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. Make sure they are ready with a toothpick. When there is nothing left on it, the muffins are taken out.

Necessary products: ½ h.h. unsweetened cocoa, 1 tsp. flour, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 egg, ½ tsp. butter (125 g), 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 tbsp. fresh milk, 1 vanilla, ¼ tsp. salt, 100 g chocolate (or chocolate chips)
Method of preparation: All products are removed from the refrigerator in advance to be at room temperature. The flour is sifted with cocoa, baking soda and salt. The result is added little by little to the liquid mixture, stirring constantly.
To the resulting sticky cocoa dough, add the finely chopped chocolate. Stir with your hands and refrigerate for 2 hours.
When the chocolate dough is firm, take it out of the fridge. From it, cakes are formed, which are arranged at a distance from each other in a tray covered with baking paper.
The biscuits are baked at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Once they are ready, take them out of the oven and leave them to cool for 5 minutes. Separate from the pan and arrange on a plate.
