The Easter holidays are here and you're probably already wondering whether to bet on the classic bird eggs, dotted with paints, or to bring variety to the table, trying something new.

If you are ready for culinary experiments, we suggest you this time to do the so-called vegan easter eggswhich have become a big hit lately.

They are easy to prepare and use only products of plant origin. They are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, people who follow a diet, as well as for anyone who likes to try new flavors.

Unfortunately, these eggs are not suitable for wrestling, but they stand great on the table and have many other advantages that make them worth cooking. See in the gallery above how to make them!

Vegan Easter eggs from beans and carrots

Necessary products: 500 g boiled, small beans, 400 g boiled cauliflower, 3 boiled carrots, 300 g tahini, 1 lemon, about 300 g oat bran, 100 g sesame seeds, 100 g flaxseed, turmeric, paprika, a few sprigs of parsley

Method of preparation: The lemon is ground in a chopper. Cauliflower - too. One part is mixed with pre-mashed beans and 300 g of tahini, and the other part is combined with carrots and 100 g of tahini and grind again. Flaxseed, sesame and oatmeal are mashed separately. Then take the mixture of cauliflower and beans and season with a little salt and lemon juice. Half a flaxseed and sesame seeds are added to it.

It is also made from oat bran / these products are only for compaction, so if you consider, you can put a smaller amount of them /. Mix well, you should get a mixture that can be modeled by hand. It will serve to make the egg white. Then prepare the mixture for the yolks. For this purpose, a little sesame, flax and oatmeal is added to the mixture with carrots and cauliflower.

Add a little turmeric, paprika and salt. The purpose of the first two spices is to obtain a yolk-like color. Stir and set aside. Take from the protein mixture with a spoon and spread in a thin layer on a transparent household foil. With a small spoon take from the yolk mixture and with slightly moistened hands form a ball.

It is placed on the layer of protein and glued to it with the help of the foil. Additionally, the eggs can be modeled by hand after being well wrapped in foil. As such, they are left in the refrigerator overnight or until firm. Then roll in turmeric, paprika, finely chopped parsley or other spice.

Raw Easter eggs from nuts

Necessary products: 1 carrot, 1/2 lemon, 100 coconut shavings, 80 g raw almonds, 6 tbsp. maple syrup, 50 raw pistachios

Method of preparation: The carrots are planed on a fine grater and the resulting sawdust is sprinkled with lemon juice to keep their fresh color. The remaining products (excluding pistachios) are combined in a blender and blended until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The two mixtures are mixed and shaped like small eggs by hand. Roll in ground pistachios and leave to cool for 3-4 hours.
