3 tablespoons sweet red pepper;

1 teaspoon turmeric.
Method of preparation:
Pour all the products (except the powdered ones) in a very hot pan for about three minutes, constantly shaking the pan. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
When they are sufficiently cooled, put them in the food processor together with the other spices and start grinding them. The resulting mix should be stored in airtight containers in a dark place.
