Method of preparation: The water and milk are mixed and the yeast, sugar and salt are dissolved in them. Carefully add the egg, 1 tbsp oil and flour and knead everything until you get a soft dough. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. From it, loaves are formed, which are arranged in a greased pan, spread with egg yolk and sprinkled with poppy seeds and sesame seeds. Bake until pink.
