It is prepared with tomatoes, if you wish, you can buy cherry tomatoes - in both cases the salad becomes delicious. Here is the recipe:
Salad with gorgonzola and figs
Necessary products: lettuce, 2 figs, 4 tomatoes, 130 g gorgonzola, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt
Method of preparation: First, wash the salad well, let it drain and cut it (if you wish, chop it) in a suitable bowl. You should cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them to the salad. The figs you are going to put must be ripe to be sweet enough.
Cut them into smaller pieces and pour them into the bowl. Finally, cut the cheese into cubes, put it in a bowl and season the salad with salt, olive oil and very little apple cider vinegar. When mixing, act carefully to preserve the integrity of the products.
The next recipe with gorgonzola is for dessert - it is very easy and at the same time sophisticated enough to serve it to important guests. We are talking about pancakes with cocoa, which we will wrap with cheese filling.
To prepare your pancakes, you need to mix in a suitable bowl about 120 g of flour, 1-2 tbsp. cocoa. In another bowl, beat two eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar, about 300 ml of milk and 1-2 tbsp. melted butter.
You should also add the flour and cocoa - stir and when the mixture is even, you can start frying the pancakes.
When they are ready, spread them with the following mixture, which you have prepared in advance - cream cheese, gorgonzola and 1 tbsp. honey. Mash the cheese with a fork, stir in the honey, then spread the pancake.
Roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. If desired, you can add finely crushed nuts to the filling.
Our latest offer is for bruschettas with gorgoznola and ham. To prepare them, you will need bread (maybe baguette), olive oil, garlic, ham, gorgonzola, a little thyme, black pepper. First cut the slices and grease them with olive oil.
Put them to bake in the oven, then take them out, spread them with a clove of garlic, sprinkle with a little black pepper and arrange a piece of ham and gorgonzola on top. Optionally, sprinkle with a little thyme and bake again in the oven.
