Heat the oil over medium heat in a deep frying pan. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for one minute. Add the tofu, cut into cubes, and the soy sauce. Stir, cover with a lid and simmer for half an hour. When serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Necessary products: 1 tablespoon oil, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1 cm ginger root, finely chopped, 200 grams of shrimp, 1 liter of chicken broth, 300 grams of tofu, diced, 100 grams of canned or frozen peas, salt and black pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon flour.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Ginger and garlic are stewed in the fat for about a minute. Add the shrimp and fry until done. Remove and leave in a separate bowl. Pour the chicken broth into the pot.
Reduce heat, add tofu and peas, salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Add the flour diluted in a little water, which can be pre-baked in a dry pan without fat.
Add to the soup and stir until thickened, but not more than two minutes. Add the shrimp and serve the soup. If desired, lemon juice can be added when serving.
Chocolate tofu mousse is suitable for vegetarians and people who are allergic to eggs, milk or gluten.
Necessary products: 1 teaspoon broken into small pieces of natural chocolate, 2 tablespoons water, 900 grams of tofu, 50 milliliters of soy milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix the tofu with the chocolate in a blender, add the milk and vanilla sugar. Distribute in bowls and leave in the refrigerator for an hour to harden.
