Fish or meat with stewed vegetables is eaten three times a week. Then, however, reduce the bread to 4 pieces. One apple is eaten every day. You should eat every three hours. The first stage lasts one week.
Second stage
In the second week of the diet the bread can be replaced with cooked legumes and a cup of cooked pasta. Consumption of boiled oatmeal, buckwheat, rice and boiled potatoes is also allowed.
Vegetables are consumed without restriction. Continue to eat 200 grams of yogurt a day. Fish and white chicken are allowed twice a week. Eat every 3 or 4 hours. The idea at this stage is to maintain the lost weight after losing weight quickly in the first stage.
The diet can last indefinitely, alternating the first and second stages of it.
