The oven is heated to 180 degrees, the potatoes are cleaned with a brush under a strong stream of water. Each potato is cut in half lengthwise, arranged with the cut side up on a greased pan.

Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil or vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for half an hour.

Onions are cut into cubes, garlic - into circles. Fry onions and garlic in three tablespoons of fat until transparent. Add the baked potatoes and fry for another six minutes.
