Necessary products: 800 g lamb / pork or beef /, 200 g onion, 500 g tomatoes, 500 g peppers, 200 g rice, 100 ml fat, 1 tsp. red pepper, salt and parsley.
Preparation: Cut the meat and fry it in fat. Take it out and fry the chopped onion in the same fat. Then stew 1-2 tomatoes, finely chopped. Add the red pepper and pour warm water. Return the meat, add salt and cook over low heat.
Add the remaining tomatoes and finely chopped peppers, as well as the rice. Transfer the dish to a casserole, pour warm water and bake until done. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
