Necessary products: 1 melon, a few large black grapes, 80 g of blue cheese, 30 ml of white wine, a few leaves of fresh mint
Method of preparation: The melon is washed, cut in half in width and one part is used for a bowl, removing the seeds with a spoon. Peel the other part and cut it into large pieces. Pour into a bowl with the grapes and pour the wine. Leave for 30 minutes. Cut the cheese into cubes, add to the fruit and mix everything carefully. Transfer to a decorative bowl with half a melon and serve garnished with mint.
Spicy melon salad
Necessary products: 150 g peeled and sliced melon, 150 g peeled and sliced watermelon, 150 g large black grapes, 4 tsp lemon juice, 1 pinch of hot red pepper, a few fresh mint leaves
Method of preparation: In a bowl, mix all the fruits and pour the mixed lemon juice and hot pepper. Wait about 10-15 minutes until the spices are absorbed and the fruits are served garnished with mint leaves.
Walnut bites of melon on a couch of lettuce
Necessary products: 1/2 melon, 200 g ground walnuts, a few lettuce leaves, 150 g strained yogurt, 1 tbsp. honey, mint leaves.
Method of preparation: Cut the peeled melon into larger pieces and roll them in the walnuts. Wash the lettuce leaves and cover the bottom of the plate on which you will serve the salad. Pour the strained milk into a small bowl and put the melted but cooled honey in the middle. Garnish with mint leaves. Place the bowl in the center of the plateau and arrange the walnut bites of melon around it
