Milfoy is known as a French dessert, but its true origin has not yet been established. Its name means thousands of leaves, but it is also found as Napoleon.

Of course, many housewives prefer the easier cream option. For it you need to mix 160 ml. whipped cream, 25 grams of powdered sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Grate the lemon zest inside.
Place a rectangle of puff pastry on a plate. Spread cream on top and add a few blueberries or other fresh fruit if desired. Then place the next rectangle and repeat the procedure. Finally, decorate with fresh fruit and powdered sugar.
