Easter is approaching and it is good to start preparing for the holiday earlier. Eggs, Easter cakes and lamb are a must on our table. Traditionally, eggs are painted on Maundy Thursday, and for Easter cakes it is good to collect grandmother's recipes and choose the easiest and most delicious to prepare.

Of course, making Easter cake is a laborious task, but it is worth the effort. I allow myself to show my notes from the time I started to knead Easter cakes. I had heard from my relatives, my mother and grandmother, that there must be certain conditions for them in order to have a successful result. I started them with fear and distrust of myself that something would happen, but in the end I was rewarded with success.
