3. Do not overdo the amount of sweeteners, so as not to make it too sweet.

4. No matter what is written in the recipes, you can put more or less sweetener, it will not interfere with the taste of brandy. In most recipes, about 1 tablespoon is recommended for 200 g of alcohol.

5. The lemon and orange peels offered in some recipes, as well as cloves, will make it too fragrant. The advice is better to first try what the heated brandy itself will look like, and next time to add aromas.

6. One of the most important things for hot brandy - when put on the stove, it should not boil, it is enough just to warm up. When you notice that it is about to boil, start stirring.

7. Put the brandy in a pot on the stove and add honey or sugar, just before it boils - you need to remove the pot from the hot plate.

8. Served in thick porcelain cups - so that they can withstand the heat, do not crack.

9. Heated brandy is prepared just before sitting at the table and drunk while hot.

10. Do not inhale the steam once you put it in front of your mouth - because of the strong vapors, you risk choking.

11. Drink in small sips.

In general, this is the most basic and most valuable to be able to make a nice heated brandy. Remember that due to its high temperatures, hot alcohol will get you drunk much faster than if you drink it at a normal temperature.
