Each roll is melted in a mixture of a little wasabi and soy sauce, and then a miniature piece of pickled ginger is eaten to clear the taste.
Among the most famous rolls are the California rolls, which can be prepared at home. Ingredients: half an avocado, 1 cucumber, 250 grams of rice, 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 60 grams of shrimp rolls, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 2 nori leaves.
The rolls are cut lengthwise, the avocado is peeled, the stone is separated, cut into strips and sprinkled with lemon juice.
