Necessary products for about 4 servings:

1 cup grated mozzarella

1 cup almond flour

2 tablespoons cream cheese or mascarpone

1 broken egg

Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave bowl. Let it melt for about 1 minute, stir well, then return for another half minute.

Meanwhile, mix the egg with the almond flour.

Add the cheese to the mixture and stir. If desired, you can put garlic powder or other spices to your liking. Once the dough has cooled slightly and allows you to work with your hands, mix it.

If it is too rare, add a little more almond flour.

Before you start cooking with it, put it in the fridge for 20 minutes to "firm up".

The preparation of the fathead dough is a little harder because it's sticky. It is best to roll it between two sheets of baking paper. Then remove the top layer and prick it with a fork so that no bubbles form.

Bake for about 8 minutes at 220 degrees, then if you are going to make a pizza, you can put the products on it.

Can fathead dough be frozen?

If you do not have time in the evening, you can take a few doses and put them in the freezer. Before that, however, you need to roll them out and put parchment paper between them. This way you will always have a pizza pan on hand.

Do not thaw fathead dough, just arrange the tomato sauce on it and garnish of your choice, then put it directly to bake in the hot oven.
