Fathead dough is an absolute hit in modern cuisine, given that everyone is crazy about the keto diet.

Can fathead dough be frozen?
If you do not have time in the evening, you can take a few doses and put them in the freezer. Before that, however, you need to roll them out and put parchment paper between them. This way you will always have a pizza pan on hand.
Do not thaw fathead dough, just arrange the tomato sauce on it and garnish of your choice, then put it directly to bake in the hot oven.
