Pour hot water over the meat and cook until soft. Remove from the pan, drain and immediately salt and sprinkle with black pepper, spread with garlic. Place in a greased pan. Allow to dry for six hours in a low oven.

A delicious dish can be prepared from the ribs. Ingredients: 1 kg of horse ribs, salt and mustard to taste, for the dough - 2 eggs, 50 grams of flour, 100 milliliters of liquid cream, black pepper.

The ribs are cut into pieces, washed, dried and each piece is salted and spread with a thin layer of mustard.

Prepare dough from eggs, mix with flour and cream, add black pepper. Fry in hot fat. You can bake the ribs in the oven.
