In general - with quinoa you can make all the recipes to which you traditionally add spinach. Make soup, a dish of rice, even a pie. If you prefer, make a garnish with quinoa or roll up the strings with its help.

We offer you two recipes that you can easily prepare at home. The first is for a garnish with quinoa - it is a delicious vegetable puree that will suit any roasted or fried meat. Here are the products you need:

Quince puree

Necessary products: 1 kg of quinoa, ½ pack. butter, 40 g flour, 300 ml milk, salt, pepper, a few cloves of garlic

Method of preparation: Wash the quince leaves and garlic cloves and bring to a boil. Keep in mind that the leaves are very easy to boil, as they are quite fragile. Then mash the leaves and garlic cloves.

Put the butter in another bowl and leave the dish on the stove, add the flour and after the stuffing is obtained, pour the vegetable puree over it. Fry and add the milk.

Add the spices salt and pepper, optionally add other spices. Boil for ten minutes - until you get the density you want.

Rice with peppers and quinoa

The next recipe is with rice and roasted peppers. You need about 200 g of quinoa, 1 tsp. rice and a few red roasted peppers. Put sliced onion and fat in a bowl and fry, then add the chopped quinoa and peppers.

Stir and add the rice, then add 1 tsp. paprika. Add water and spices - salt, pepper. Cook until the rice softens.
