Here's what it's good to know about him and how to use the winch for medicinal purposes:

1. Vincheto occurs in dry and rocky areas in the southern parts of our country. It is a type of semi-shrub and can be recognized by its gray and hairy leaves and blue flowers.

2. Vincheto contains resin, alkanin, tannins, etc.

4. The roots are used from the vine, which must be removed either in the period March-April or September-October. They are washed, dried in as large parts as you want, stored in paper bags and stored in a dry and ventilated place.

5. As a compress, the decoction of winch can be used for thorns, rheumatism or sprains, because it has an analgesic effect. In this case, however, it is mixed with sheep fat to acquire a cream-like consistency.

In more detail - about 50 g of vinca roots are mixed with about 250 g of sheep fat and left to boil over low heat for 15 minutes. This mixture is filtered through gauze and smeared on the affected areas.

6. If you want to use the herb for drinking, it is enough to pour 1 teaspoon of the roots with 500 ml of boiling water and leave it for about 1 hour. After draining the liquid, you should take 50 ml before eating.
