In a large bowl, chop the vegetables. Heat the vinegar, sugar, honey and salt. The aim is to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Once cooled, mix it with the vegetables. Leave to stand for five hours, then add the aspirin, which should be powdered. Leave the almost finished pickle to stand for a day, then distribute it in jars. Close them with screw caps, as cooking is not necessary.
Seafood or royal pickle with sea salt
For this type of winter you need four kilograms of cauliflower, three kilograms of cambi, one kilogram of carrots, celery. It is also necessary to prepare the marinade. For it you need eighteen teaspoons of water, eight teaspoons of vinegar, six teaspoons of sugar and two teaspoons of sea salt.
Stir the marinade until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. The products are cut in a large bowl and poured with it. Leave to stand for 12 hours, stirring several times. Then fill three-liter jars, adding 4 aspirins to each. They are not vacuumed.
