Prune jam in the oven
Necessary products: 3 kg of prunes, 1 kg of sugar, 200 ml of water, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method of preparation: The plums are halved and pitted. Arrange in a pan and sprinkle with sugar. Fill the pan with water and place in the oven. It is included in the lower reotan at the maximum degree and at the upper reotan at the minimum. If you do not have these features, you need to stir more often.
The jam is ready when a drop of it is poured into a plate and does not spill. Add the lemon juice and cinnamon and stir. Leave for another 10 minutes. Prune jam is poured into preheated jars, which are sealed. Turn the cap upside down and leave to cool completely.

Method of preparation: The plums are washed and pitted. Cut into medium pieces and place in a deep saucepan. Sprinkle with sugar and indrishe leaves. The result is put to boil without adding any water. So boil on low heat for about 2 hours. Finally, it should be stirred often so as not to burn.
The jam is ready when the mixture makes its way onto the spoon. The indrishe leaves are removed. The result is distributed in jars while still hot. The jars are carefully closed without being sterilized.
Quick prune jam
Required products: 2 kg prunes, 1 kg sugar, ½ tsp. limontosis
Method of preparation: Prunes should be well ripened and soft. They are washed and pitted. Put in a saucepan and pour 2 tsp. water. Put on the stove and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.
Chilled plums are peeled. Sugar is added to peeled plums and colored juice. Return the pan to the hob and cook over low heat, stirring thoroughly. So boil until you get the desired density. The jam should be thick and homogeneous. Finally, add the lemon juice and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
The jam is poured into dried jars, which are closed instantly and turned upside down. They are not sterilized.
