Stew under a lid for 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix the grapes and cabbage, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Necessary products: 150 g rice, 600 ml fresh milk, 100 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla, 10 grains grapes, 50 g butter, salt, a handful of raspberries or strawberries
Method of preparation: The rinsed rice is boiled together with cold water for 1 minute, then cooled. Separately, boil the milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add the rice to them and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Leave covered for another 10 minutes and pour the butter. When it melts, mix gently, put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours and portion into bowls. Each bowl is decorated with grapes and raspberries / strawberries.
