The Italians have given the world a lot, and still great dishes, for which we are infinitely grateful. With the exception of pizza, we can say with a clear conscience that pasta is one of the greatest culinary achievements, which, fortunately, can be prepared at home.

For this purpose, however, in addition to the required amount of pasta, we will need a really good sauce to add Italian character to the dish. Today we will present you some classic Italian pasta sauces, which you can just as successfully use for foam or farfale.

Bolognese

Bolognese sauce proudly bears the title of emblem of Italian cuisine. To make it perfect, you will need 1 large onion, finely chopped, 50 g butter, 150 g bacon, finely chopped, 1 carrot, cut into small cubes, 250 g boiled beef, finely chopped, 2 including beef broth / 2 cubes /, 250 g peeled tomatoes / tomato paste /, 1/2 wine glass of red wine, a pinch of nutmeg, 150 g of freshly grated Parmesan

Method of preparation: Fry the bacon in butter in a large skillet with a thick bottom, add the carrots, onions and stew them, stirring constantly for about 6-8 minutes. Increase the temperature, add the meat and continue to stir, add the tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes. Add the wine, spices, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, adding constantly to the broth.

Carbonara

To make the magic Carbonara sauce you will need: 100 g finely chopped bacon, 4 eggs, 100 g grated Parmesan cheese, 1 1/4 tsp cream, black pepper

Method of preparation: Fry the pieces of bacon in a thick-bottomed pan until translucent. Beat the eggs, cream and parmesan in a bowl and add them to the bacon. Stir constantly until thickened. Finish with a few pinches of black pepper.

Milanese

Necessary products: 1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic, 100 g ham, 200 g ground beef, 100 g mushrooms, 200 g canned tomatoes, 1 carrot, 300 ml white wine, 50 ml cream

Method of preparation: In a pan, fry the vegetables for a few minutes until slightly softened. Then add the minced meat - the goal is to break it into small pieces. Pour in the wine, cream and add the chopped or mashed canned tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and ham and cook for another 10 minutes.

Necessary products: 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 jar / 500 g / tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp red wine, 1 jar mussels, 2 - 3 squid, cut into circles, 1/4 tsp olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, pepper

Method of preparation: Fry finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil in a deep frying pan. Stir for 3-4 minutes and add the tomatoes, spices and wine. Once the sauce thickens, add the mussels and squid.
