Method of preparation: Cut the parsley and garlic into small pieces. All products are mixed, sprinkled with black pepper and mixed. The spice is served with any roasted meat. The fresh lemon aroma makes it suitable for fish as well.

Necessary products:

Method of preparation: The mussels are washed well under running fresh water. They are cleaned by removing the adhering crustaceans.

In a saucepan, mix a little white wine, a little fish broth, a little soy sauce, a little fish sauce, a piece of ginger and crushed lemon grass. Bring the mixture to a boil. When this happens, add the mussels. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes. During this time, the classic Asian gremola is prepared.

Combine coriander, a little garlic, lemon peel, a little Vietnamese mint, a little Thai basil and 1/2 red chili and chop. The mussels are removed from the pot and placed in the finished gremola. Stir quickly and pour into serving bowls. The mussel gremola is served with lemon juice and soft bread for dipping in the sauce.
