Peeled mushrooms and onions are cut and fried. Add the flour. Dilute with broth or water. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Finally add the cream.

Dutch sauce

Necessary products: 3 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon water, salt, sugar, 150 grams of butter, lemon juice. The yolks are mixed in salt water and heated in a water bath, adding the butter in pieces.

When all the butter is mixed with the yolks, add lemon juice to taste and sugar. This sauce is very suitable for skewers and grilled meat.
