9) 1 fruit yogurt. Serve with 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1 toasted slice of wholemeal bread and a slice of ham, garnished with 1 teaspoon of margarine.
10) 2 scrambled eggs, 1 slice of toast, spread with 1 teaspoon of margarine, Serve with 1/2 sliced banana and 1/2 cup 100% cranberry juice.
11) 2 pancakes garnished with 1 teaspoon of jam or cottage cheese. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with 1/2 cup of 100% fruit juice.
12) 1/2 grapefruit sprinkle with a small amount of sugar. Serve with wheat toast garnished with 2 tablespoons of almond oil and 1/2 cup of juice or milk.
