- for lunch and dinner - semi-finished soup, spaghetti, sterilized jars with chickpeas, beans, lyutenitsa;
- vegetables - onions, carrots, potatoes, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, peppers;
- fruits - bananas, peaches, watermelon;
- other products - quinoa, rice, flour (a little), starch, spices, salt, sugar / in tightly closed containers due to ants / and oil / olive oil /, however, no household can do without them.
And now let's see how we will make a varied menu for a family of 4:
One day
Breakfast: Boil 400 ml of water, when it cools down, dissolve the milk powder and pour over the muesli type breakfast cereal, on the fourth day, when you no longer have the chocolate, you will use the chocolate balls / close them tightly in a suitable container after use /.
Lunch: Boil half a packet of spaghetti in 400 ml of water, season with salt and oil. Yes, they are lean, but you are very hungry and they are very tasty, and it is the first day that does not impress you. And for the first day, you can prepare from home in a small box of pre-grated Parmesan will do a great job and will not jeopardize your holiday with surprises.
Dinner: Light a campfire, stuff corn on large skewers, bake it, sprinkle with salt and enjoy the pleasant aroma and unique view.
2 days

Breakfast: biscuit cake - boil 500 ml of water, season with sugar 2 tablespoons, add a thin stream of starch, which is pre-dissolved and to which are added two tablespoons of milk powder and stir on low heat for several minutes. Arrange biscuits in a suitable container or separate bowls and pour the mixture over them.
Lunch: Salad - roast peppers, stew and peel them, chop tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and peppers and season with salt and oil.
Dinner: Stew with chickpeas - Fry in hot oil 2 tbsp.flour, onions and peppers pre-cut into small pieces, add 2 jars of chickpeas and 200 ml of lukewarm water, season with salt and oil and cook until thickened.
