Minced beef and potato meatballs
Necessary products: 1 kg minced beef, 3 onions, 3 eggs, 3 potatoes, 500 g spinach, butter, cream, pepper, parsley, salt.
Preparation: Mix finely chopped onions, eggs, ground beef and grated potatoes. Add ground black pepper to taste and fry in hot fat. The spinach is stewed in salted water, then mashed.
Add oil, salt, pepper and allow to thicken over low heat, stirring constantly. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of cream to the spinach. Serve the meatballs flying with spinach.
You can prepare the following recipe if you have pots. You need half a kilo of minced meat mixture, 300 g of cheese, 1 onion, ground black pepper, 1 tsp dried mint or 1 tablespoon fresh, 2 tbsp. butter, tomato juice and 6 eggs.
Crush the cheese and mix with the minced meat, adding chopped onion, mint, black pepper. From the mixture are formed large meatballs - 6 in number.
Put each meatball in a separate pot, on the meatballs a piece of butter, then pour half a cup of tomato juice on each.
Put the pots, turn at about 180 degrees and leave for twenty minutes. Then put one egg on each pot and bake until the egg is firm.
Our latest offer is for meatballs in the oven. Mix ½ kg of minced meat mixture, 2 heads of finely chopped onion, ground black pepper, parsley, which you have finely chopped. To all this put sliced two hot peppers and a few cloves of crushed garlic.
Leave the mixture for about 2 hours in the refrigerator, then form round meatballs that are about a centimeter thick. Put fat in a pan, arrange slices of potatoes, put meatballs on top and slices of tomatoes on them. Bake in a moderate oven.
