Method of preparation: The bulgur is boiled as in the previous recipe. Pour into a bowl and add the shredded cheese, egg, savory, salt and sugar to taste. Mix everything well and from this mixture form meatballs, which are rolled in breadcrumbs and fried until golden on both sides.

Necessary products: 500 g bulgur, 200 g ground beef, 1 onion, 1 egg, savory, cumin, salt and pepper to taste, breadcrumbs for rolling, frying fat
Method of preparation: The bulgur is boiled as described above. Finely chop the onion and fry in fat with the minced meat. Once the bulgur and minced meat have cooled, mix and add the egg and all other spices. Mix well and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. From this mixture are formed bulgur meatballs, which are rolled in breadcrumbs and fried until golden. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
