Method of preparation: Fry the flour in a part of the butter and add the cold milk with constant stirring. Reduce heat and stir until sauce thickens. Remove from the heat, add the finely chopped boiled eggs, beaten yolks and colored salt to taste, then boil again. Wait for it to cool and from the mixture prepared in this way meatballs are formed, which are rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in preheated fat. Serve garnished with arugula or parsley stalks.

Necessary products: 12 boiled eggs, 125 g semolina, 50 g breadcrumbs, 50 g butter, a few sprigs of dill and parsley, salt and pepper to taste, 15 tablespoons sour cream, oil for frying and beaten egg whites and breadcrumbs for breading
Method of preparation: The semolina is boiled with enough water to make a thick paste. To it add the finely chopped boiled eggs and salt to taste. Boiled and finely chopped eggs, peppers, pickles, olives and beaten egg yolks are added to the sauce, which is boiled again. Season with salt and pepper and after it cools down, make meatballs, which are rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in fat.
