Necessary products: 1 large can of peas, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 5 tablespoons canned corn, 1 red pepper, 4 eggs, 10 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 10 tablespoons flour, a few sprigs of dill, salt and black pepper to taste, frying oil
Method of preparation: Finely chopped onions, carrots and peppers are stewed, drained and mixed with mashed peas. To them add corn, finely chopped dill, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well, the mixture stays for 30 minutes and from it meatballs are formed, which are dipped in flour, beaten eggs and flour again and fried until fully cooked.
