Necessary products:
eggs - 2 pcs.
fresh milk - 350-400 ml
flour - 2 tsp
oil - for spreading
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs well with a mixer. Milk is added to them and a little flour is gradually added. It should be beaten well so that no lumps remain. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, of medium density, put the pan on the stove and heat. Grease with a little oil. If the oil is too much, you can separate it in another container and use it for the next one pancake. Put a small part of the mixture in the heated pan and spread it well. When the pancake is ready on one side, turn it over. When the pancake is ready on one side, it separates itself from the pan and in this way we understand that it is ready. Serve with chocolate, bananas or honey.
2. Banana pancakes
Necessary products:
bananas - 3 pcs.
eggs - 2 pcs.
fresh milk - 250-300 ml.
flour - 1 and 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
Peel a banana and put it in a bowl. Knead well with a fork and add the milk and eggs. Mix everything well and gradually add the flour. Again, mix well so that no lumps of flour remain, this time the mixture may not be homogeneous because of the bananas. When the mixture is ready, heat the pan well again with a little oil. Put a small part of the mixture in the heated pan and spread it well. When the pancake is ready on one side, turn it over. We serve the pancakes watered with honey.
