That is why in this article we will stop and look at the two easiest recipes for making pancakes, namely banana and classic.

1. Pancakes according to a classic recipe

Necessary products:

eggs - 2 pcs.

fresh milk - 350-400 ml

flour - 2 tsp

oil - for spreading

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs well with a mixer. Milk is added to them and a little flour is gradually added. It should be beaten well so that no lumps remain. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, of medium density, put the pan on the stove and heat. Grease with a little oil. If the oil is too much, you can separate it in another container and use it for the next one pancake. Put a small part of the mixture in the heated pan and spread it well. Put a small part of the mixture in the heated pan and spread it well. When the pancake is ready on one side, turn it over. We serve the pancakes watered with honey.
