Necessary products: 1 kg of beef, bacon, 5 tbsp. cream
For the marinade: Equal parts water and vinegar, bay leaves, allspice and black peppercorns.
Method of preparation: The meat is cut into large pieces and left to stand in the marinade overnight. In the morning, drain the bites well and lard them with bacon. Fry them in hot fat, and after removing them, salt them.
When they are all fried, return them to the oil and pour 3 tsp. water. Leave the meat to simmer for an hour. Then add the cream to the sauce and turn off the heat. The dish can be served with a garnish of french fries.
Beef with ripe beans
Pre-cut the meat into chunks and bring to a boil until soft. The beans are also boiled until soft, without spices or vegetables.
Then fry the onion and 4 carrots first, add the beef bites, a few cloves of garlic, beans and parsley. Season all this with salt, pour hot water and let the dish simmer for half an hour.
Beef cutlet rolls
Ingredients: 1 kg beef cutlets, garlic, bacon, lemon, black pepper, salt, 500 ml red wine, oil
Preparation: Knock the chops with a wooden steak hammer - they must be large enough to be rolled into rolls. Lard each of the steaks with garlic cloves and pieces of bacon, then sprinkle with pepper, salt and spread the chops nicely with lemon juice.
Leave them in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Then you take them out and roll each of them into a roll, then tie the roll with thread so that it does not fall apart. Fry each roll in hot fat.
Then you arrange the rolls in a pan, which you have previously greased with oil and put them to bake - pour the wine into the pan. Water the meat with the wine for ten minutes. Once the meat is tender, the dish is ready. Serve with mashed potatoes and stewed vegetables with rice.
