Two of the recipes we have selected are for salad, and the third is for basic. For the first salad you need the following products:
Tuna salad with red onions and tomatoes
Ingredients: ½ kg of tomatoes, 200 g of canned tuna, 1 red onion, 220 g of green beans, 1 red pepper, a few lettuce leaves, 3 eggs, 10 olives, parsley, ½ cucumber.
For the sauce: 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. liquid honey, 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1 clove garlic, ½ tsp. mustard, salt and ground black pepper.
Preparation: boil and drain the green beans. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and place them in a bowl. Add to them the tuna that you have drained and cut into pieces.
Add finely chopped parsley, put the sliced cucumber and sliced onion in the bowl. Put the beans, peppers and lettuce, which you cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
Mash the garlic clove and mix with the other sauce products. Drizzle the salad with the sauce and serve in separate plates, placing a few pieces of pre-cooked eggs on top. Add a few olives.
Tuna salad with white beans
Ingredients: 800 g small white canned beans, 2 green onions, 2 tomatoes, 200 g canned tuna, parsley.
For the sauce: 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. liquid honey, a clove of garlic
Preparation: Cut the onion and put it in a bowl with the drained beans. Add the tomatoes, which you cut first in half and then into thin slices.
Put the drained tuna, which you have divided into pieces. In a bowl, mix the sauce products - mash the garlic. Mix the sauce well and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with sauce on top and serve.
The main thing is with spaghetti - put about 200 g of spaghetti to cook. In a suitable bowl put a head of onion, which you have cut into small pieces, add to it 2 cloves of garlic, also finely chopped. Fry them for a few minutes and after they change color, remove from the heat.
In a separate bowl, beat five eggs and add canned tuna that you have drained. Add the spaghetti - already cooked and also drained of water. Stir gently and add the onion and garlic.
Season all this with a little salt, pepper, add a few pinches of oregano. Stir gently and pour into a pan that you have greased. Sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese on top. Bake until done and then serve in pieces with lettuce.
