Then divide it into 20 small balls as big as an apricot. Each ball is rolled out until a nice and thin round loaf with a diameter of about 8 cm is formed. The loaves prepared in this way are baked on both sides on a grill or grill pan and in half of them a slice of cheese is placed, after which they are folded.

Separately, fry the diced sausage and sliced onion in the oil, and after they soften, add the eggs to them. Fill the remaining loaves with the mixture prepared in this way and also fold them in half.

All kesadias put back on a heated grill pan to bake on both sides, and are ready to serve. If desired, you can pour them on top with tomato sauce.
