Melt the butter and cool. In a separate bowl pour the sugar, add the butter, vanilla, eggs and mix everything. In small portions add the flour with baking powder or baking soda, and knead the dough.
The dough should not be too thick. It is divided into two parts that are not equal - one part should be one third of the whole dough. The small part is left in the freezer for an hour.
Spread most of the dough evenly in a pan greased with oil. Pour the jam over the dough and flatten with a spatula.
Take the other dough out of the freezer and grate it on the jam. The cake is baked in a preheated 200 degree oven for about half an hour.
Another easy cake with jam is prepared from 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of jam, 1 teaspoon of milk, 2, 5 teaspoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda. All ingredients are mixed. The soda is quenched with vinegar.
The dough should be a little thicker than the cake batter. Bake at 150 degrees until no dough remains on the toothpick inserted in the cake. The cake can be eaten just like that or cut with a thread in the middle and smeared with a cream of your choice.
It is easy to prepare a cake with cottage cheese. For the dough you need 1.5 teaspoons of flour, half a cup of sugar, 125 grams of butter, 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
For the filling you need 500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 1 cup of cream, 3 eggs, half a cup of flour, 1 vanilla, dried fruit. Beat the butter with the sugar until foamy.
Combine the flour with the baking powder and add to the butter. Mix all the ingredients by hand and get flour crumbs. This is the dough. Mash the curd with a fork, add the yolks, cream and stir, add the dried fruit, finely chopped.
Beat the egg whites with the icing sugar. Combine with the curd and mix gently. Pour two-thirds of the dough into a greased pan.
Spread the boiled mass on them and cover the top with the remaining crumbs. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
