Leave in a cool place for about 3 weeks and shake occasionally. When the allotted time has elapsed, the liquid begins to filter until it is clear. It is good to make the last straining through filter paper. Now you can enjoy your own peach liqueur.
Orange liqueur
Necessary products: peels of 8 oranges (cleaned of their white part), 500 ml of vodka, 500 g of sugar, 1 tsp water.
Method of preparation: Orange peels are cut into small pieces, placed in a wide-mouth bottle and poured with vodka. After about 20 days, the tincture is filtered and mixed with cold filtered syrup prepared from sugar and water.
