Fenugreek is often used externally in the form of infusion - removes dandruff and helps with hair loss. If used internally, it must be taken under medical supervision.

The decoction is prepared with ½ tsp. rhizomes of cornflower - pour them in half a liter of water and boil them for ten minutes. The decoction is then filtered and allowed to cool. Drink before meals four times a day - the amount is one glass of brandy.

For hair loss:

Mix 50 g of tansy stalks, nettle leaves and chamomile flowers. To them add sumac leaves and elderberry roots 30 g of each herb. Mix all the herbs and add 1 tbsp. in 400 ml of boiling water.

Allow the mixture to boil for a quarter of an hour on low heat, then remove from the heat and leave the decoction for half an hour. Then strain and rinse your hair twice a day for ten days. Then start doing these procedures once a day for three months.

The following recipe again helps with hair loss, but is also effective in removing dandruff.

Put 50 g of dried cucumber roots in 250 ml of vinegar - the mixture is boiled until it remains half. Strain and leave in the bowl.

In another pot, soak a garden rose for an hour - the roots should be dry and the amount of water is 150 ml. Then strain and finally pour the mixture into the decoction of buckthorn. Do hair friction.

The herb is also effective in treating rheumatism or sciatica. You can prepare a healing decoction with the help of 3 tbsp. buckthorn root. Put them to boil in 700 ml of water.

After the mixture boils, turn on the stove over low heat and let the mixture boil until 300 ml of it remain, then you can strain the decoction.

Once cool, strain the decoction. You can smear the painful areas with the decoction - soak a cotton swab and apply to the place where you feel pain.
