- 1 tsp. of the herbs dilyanka, balm and horsetail are mixed together with 2 tsp. valerian roots. All this is poured with warm water - 200 ml, then left to stand for two hours. Finally strain - take at bedtime. If the result is unsatisfactory, add 1 tbsp. sage.
If you suffer from chronic bronchitis and loss of appetite, make the following recipe:
- Mix 1 tsp. flax, white oman, coriander, whip, balm. Put the herbs in boiling water - 400 ml, then cook the mixture for one minute. Remove the decoction from the heat and let the herbs soak for a quarter of an hour, then strain and take 120 ml three times a day. It is desirable to drink at least ten minutes before eating.
In biliary disease, make a decoction of the following herbs:
- In 400 ml of water put 1 tsp. of the herbs balm, dill, mint, dandelion, thistle and comfrey. Let the mixture boil for three minutes and then withdraw. After 30 minutes, strain and take 100 ml 3 times a day. Drink the decoction a quarter of an hour before meals. If you get pain, take the decoction after a meal.
