Preparation: Before you start with the muffin mixture, put the raisins in rum - the goal is to swell. The dough is made as follows - beat the two eggs, add sugar, soft butter, cream.
Beat well, then pour a little of the flour you mixed with the baking powder. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla. Almost finally, pour the peel of an orange, which you grated on a coarse grater.
Drain the raisins well from the rum and mix them with the chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins - fill them about 1/3, then put the filling, mix again, followed by the filling and finish with the dough. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar on top.
Bake the muffins at about 180 degrees - the oven must be preheated.
The next suggestion is again for sweet cupcakes - beat 2 eggs with 1 tsp. sugar, then add the mixture 1 tsp. yoghurt. Once the mixture is uniform, add ¾ tsp. fat - can oil or melted butter. Stir and add liquid vanilla. You should pour the flour (a total of 2 tsp) gradually, adding baking powder - about 2 tsp.
Everything is broken and dried fruits of your choice are added to the mixture - if you put tiny fruits, it is not necessary to cut them. In case you prefer apricots, plums or other larger ones, cut them into small pieces. Pour all this into the molds and bake in a preheated moderate oven until golden brown.

Necessary products: 2 eggs, 2 tsp. flour, 70 g butter, 1 tsp. fresh milk, 2 tsp. baking powder, ½ h.h. salt, ½ h.h. grated parmesan, about 250 g of frozen spinach
Preparation: Thaw the spinach and squeeze well from the water. Sift the flour and baking powder, add salt and cheese.
Mix the mixture well and make a well in the middle - pour in the beaten eggs, milk, spinach and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is even. Then pour into molds and bake in a moderate oven.
