Vegetables, except garlic and red onions, are cut into circles. Bake on the grill, pre-sprayed with a little olive oil. When baked on one side, turn over and spray with olive oil again.
Remove to a large plate, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, and pour the marinade while still hot. It is prepared from chopped red onions, squeezed lemons, bay leaf, balsamic and wine vinegar and black pepper. After 3 hours in the marinade, the vegetables are placed in the refrigerator and served chilled, sprinkled with salt and rosemary.
Asparagus, wrapped in bacon and grilled are for the days when you feel like eating something different. Necessary products: 300 grams of asparagus, 200 grams of bacon, cut into strips, olive oil for spraying, coarse salt, garlic powder, black pepper, Parmesan for sprinkling.
The asparagus is washed and the coarser end is cut off. Sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with a mixture of salt and pepper. The mushrooms are cleaned of stumps and salted. Put pieces of fish in each mushroom, wrap it crosswise with two strips of bacon and bake for 4 minutes on each side.
