The famous workshop of master Ali Serbez, who is considered to be the best boza producer in the region, will open its doors under the title With boza, dish and song on the central square in the city.

12 stands will restore the old bazaar, which was built in the city 100 years ago, and the atmosphere will be recreated a century ago by people dressed in the fashion of the time.

Full glasses of appetizing boza will be distributed among visitors, and the culmination of the holiday will be drinking boza. The guests of the holiday will be able to try eco-boza prepared from rye and einkorn.

An ethnographic exposition will be opened in the Stoykova House at 11 am, which will present the typical vessels used for the preparation of boza in the past. Among them are gums, tekne, parmak and lub.

Radomir was known as a center for the production of boza in the early twentieth century. The first weaver in the region was Dimitar Kalgariiski from the village of Chukovets, and the first weaver's workshop opened in 1880.

In the beginning, boza was prepared only from millet flour, and then they began to prepare it from wheat and rye. The good boza should be very thick and the breath of the grain should be clearly felt, the masters also share.
