Carefully wash the asparagus and remove the hard bottom. Cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the chopped garlic. After 30 seconds, add the broth and asparagus. Boil for 5 minutes and mash. Add the cream and simmer for a minute, but without boiling. Season with salt and pepper.

Necessary products: 2 bunches of asparagus, 200 grams of mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste, a little oil for frying.
For the lemon sauce: a quarter cup of butter, a quarter cup of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of mustard, salt to taste.
In an oven preheated to 220 degrees, bake the washed and peeled asparagus, arranged in a pan, sprinkled with a little oil or olive oil. Bake until the tops are browned and the asparagus is soft. Fry the chopped mushrooms in oil in a pan. Remove and in the same pan add the lemon juice, butter and mustard. Salt to taste. The sauce should thicken. Serve as the asparagus is arranged on a plate, mushrooms are on top and everything is topped with sauce.

Necessary products: 2 bunches asparagus, finely chopped, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, 1 tomato, finely chopped, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 6 drops of chili sauce.
Cover the asparagus with water and cook until soft. Drain and mix with onion and garlic, then mash. Add the tomato and all other ingredients and puree until smooth.
