Preparation: Cut the beets and carrots into strips, sprinkle with lemon juice, add a little oil and water and simmer for about 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a separate bowl, fry the flour with butter, add the cream, sugar and salt and boil everything for no more than 1-2 minutes. Pour the sauce thus obtained over the already prepared vegetables.
Red beets with apples
Necessary products: 500 g beets, 50 g smoked bacon, 1-2 green apples, 1 glass of red wine, 1 glass of fruit juice, cinnamon, cloves, salt and sugar to taste.
