The products are as follows: 1 cup skim yogurt, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 cup brown sugar or stevia, 5 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon soda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 large eggs plus the egg white of 1 large egg, 2 and 1/4 cups of standard flour, maybe something else.
In a pan with a non-stick coating, pour the mixture for marshmallows - yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, butter, lemon peel, baking powder, soda and salt, pre-beaten with a mixer on medium speed.
Beat the eggs separately and then add them. The mixture should look like wet sand. Bake for 30 minutes, then cool the dessert for 15 minutes. You can serve it with chilled strawberries.

The products for this dessert are: 200 grams of dietary dark chocolate without sugar (with at least 70% cocoa), 100 grams of a mix of unsalted raw nuts, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, 100 grams of a mix of dried fruits without sugar.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath until it is completely liquefied. Meanwhile, in a Teflon pan, mix the nuts and pumpkin seeds and bake until golden. When they are ready, take them out and lightly crush them on a wooden board. Add the chopped dried fruits and stir.
Take a pan and cover the bottom with baking paper. Put part of the mixture with nuts and fruits and pour over the hot chocolate. Sprinkle the rest of the mixture on top. Leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes and casually break the dessert into a large bowl.
