To prepare such a pudding, you need about 250 g of pre-cooked and cooled wheat, 350 g of pre-cooked pumpkin with a little sugar (do not throw away the water in which you boiled it), 200 g of liquid cream, 4 eggs, 200 g of sugar (preferably brown) and 2 vanilla.
Whip the liquid cream and mix it with the wheat until smooth. Separately beat the eggs with the sugar and add 2 vanilla and about 250 ml of water to the pumpkin, but remember that it must be chilled.
