When cool, the baklava is cut into pieces and poured with syrup. It must be left for 10-12 hours before serving.
New Year's cake with figurines
Necessary products: Green marshmallow: 1 pc. egg, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. oil, 1/2 tsp. yogurt, 1 and 1/2 tsp. flour, 5 g baking powder, 2 vanilla, green paint.
Cake dough: 4 pcs. eggs, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. yogurt, 1/2 tsp. oil, 2 and 1/2 tsp. flour, 10 g baking powder, 2 vanilla, 1 tsp. cocoa.
Method of preparation: The products for the green bread are beaten with a mixer, in the order of their enumeration, until a cake dough with green color is obtained. Put it in a 25 cm pan and bake at 180 degrees until done.
When it cools, cut out of it with molds for sweet Christmas trees, stars or other figurines. They can also be used as stand-alone cakes and decorated with melted white chocolate.
The second cake batter is broken in the same way. Finally, take 1 tsp. of the mixture, which is colored with cocoa. The cocoa mixture and 1/2 of the yellow mixture are placed in a greased and floured oblong cake tin (30x11 cm).
Arrange the Christmas trees and the remaining yellow mixture on top. The cake formed in this way is baked at 180 C until ready. The cake is sprinkled with powdered sugar and some of the remaining green pieces at the end.
New Year's white cookies
Required products: 1 pc. egg, 500 g butter, 100 powdered sugar, 4 vanilla, 10 g baking powder, 1/2 tsp. without top ammonia soda, 50 g cognac, 400 g peeled almonds, 1 kg flour, powdered sugar, 2 vanilla.
Preparation: Almonds, if not peeled, are placed in a bowl of water in which to boil for a while. Cool and peel. Each almond is cut into 3 parts. Bake in an oven preheated to 100 C until pink.
Add the egg, sugar, vanilla to the slightly melted butter and beat well. Add the cognac, baking powder and ammonia soda, quenched with a little lemon juice or vinegar and almonds. Finally, add the flour and the dough should be crumbly. It is used to make figurines of your choice or small balls for one bite.
Bake at 190 C until slightly beige. Put the powdered sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. The still hot cookies are rolled one by one in the sugar for a second, then arranged on paper. When cool, sprinkle generously with sugar. Arrange on a plate.
