The first dessert we offer is very easy to prepare - you need 150 g of flour, 100 g of butter, 3 tbsp. sugar, 300 g cherries, lemon. First clean the cherries from the stones and stalks, then you have to cut them into quarters. Then put in the bowl with the cherries a tablespoon of lemon juice and the same amount of lemon peel. Add the sugar to this mixture.

Mix well and pour the cherries into fireproof cups, which you have previously greased with a little oil. From the flour and butter, which should be soft, not melted, make butter crumbs. It is good that after they are cooked, they stay in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Then pour the butter crumbs on the cherries and on top, if desired, you can sprinkle a little more sugar. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake until the crumbs are golden. The dessert is called cherry crumble and can be prepared with white or brown crystal sugar.

Necessary products: 3 eggs, 100 g flour, 100 g sugar, 250 ml fresh milk, 130 ml strained yogurt, lemon, 200 g cherries, 50-60 g butter, a pinch of salt.

Preparation: First beat the three eggs with the sugar, then add the yoghurt. Then start adding flour, which you have mixed with a pinch of salt, as well as fresh milk. Finally, add the lemon zest to the mixture. The butter that you have previously melted and left to cool well should also be added.

Leave the mixture in the bowl for about 45 minutes, during which time peel the cherries. Pour the mixture into refractory bowls, which are greased with oil and pour the cherries on top. Put the bowls in a preheated 180 degree oven for about half an hour.

We recommend that you eat them twenty minutes after you take them out of the oven. Remember not to fill the bowls to the brim - fill about 2/3 of their volume. The dessert can be prepared with other favorite fruits.

Our latest suggestion is for a sweet cherry soup - it sounds unusual, but in the summer season this dessert is very suitable because it is consumed cold. Alternatively, you can eat cherry soup in combination with ice cream.

You need 300 ml of white wine and 400 ml of water - put them in a saucepan on the stove and add a cinnamon stick, juice of half a lemon, the peel of a whole lemon, ½ tsp. sugar.

After the mixture boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about five minutes. Then add half a kilo of pitted and halved cherries.

Boil the soup on the stove for another five minutes, then withdraw and allow to cool completely. When completely cold, transfer to a blender and puree.
