The good thing about homemade cream cheese is that it is easy to prepare and does not need time to mature. In most cases, the main ingredients are fresh and yogurt, salt and cheese yeast. And here's how to prepare it:

Method of preparation: Boil the milk and leave to cool. The yoghurt is mixed with a small part of the fresh, then added to the rest. Cheese yeast is also added. Stir and pour into gauze. Allow to drain for several hours or preferably overnight to remove unnecessary density. What is learned can be consumed immediately. Store in the refrigerator.

The amount obtained is enough to fill a compote jar. The quantity of products can be reduced or increased. The only condition is to add 5 drops of cheese yeast per liter of milk.

Homemade cream cheese is extremely healthy because it is full-fat and rich in calcium. 100 g of the product contains only 297 kcal, 30 g of fat, 6 g of protein and 2 g of carbohydrates. And it is among the fastest to prepare dairy products.

Cream cheese can be flavored with spices of your choice - black and white pepper, savory and others. It goes well with grapes - unusual, but delicious.
