Ingredients: 1, 5 cups flour, 125 grams packet of butter, 300 grams of cottage cheese, 1 handful of nettle leaves, 100 grams of ham, 2 eggs, 100 grams of grated cheese, oil, salt.
Cut the butter into the flour until it becomes a crumb dough. Cut the nettle, scald it with hot water and mix it with the curd.
Add the finely chopped ham and eggs. Mix everything. Spread half of the dough on the bottom of a greased pan or pie tin.
Spread half of the grated yellow cheese and on top - the nettle mixture. Sprinkle with the other half of the cheese and cover with the remaining dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour on medium heat.
